SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER VALIDATION
We will advise you at the time your order
is placed if your applicant's social security number is
not a validly issued number. At that time, we will also
give you the number for Social Security so the information
can be confirmed as new numbers are assigned daily.
There is no charge for this service.
POLICY & PROCEDURE DEVELOPMENT
The Industrial Foundation has staff members
with extensive experience in labor relations, loss
prevention and all areas of human resource management.
These people, along with our extensive library on the
various human resource areas are available to assist you
in developing new policies and procedures and help keep
current policies updated. To inquire regarding this service,
call the Executive Director, Bill Smith. There is no charge for this
service.
LEGAL SERVICES
As a member, you will have access to our
General Counsel, Ed Conley, P.C.. This law firm has been retained by the
Industrial Foundation and will answer pertinent legal
questions without charge. Ed Conley, P.C. can
be reached at 713/868-4600. When calling for assistance,
please identify yourself as a member of the Industrial
Foundation by providing your member number.
Ed Conley, P.C. will also perform legal research for you at
a reduced rate of $50.00 per hour and will handle other
matters, including litigation, at a reduced rate of $110.00 per hour.
